We are looking for an experienced VA available immediately to start assisting UK clients with Executive assistant duties:
Administrative Tasks: Managing emails, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling phone calls.
Data Entry: Inputting data into systems, maintaining records, and updating databases.
Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and managing online reviews.
Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms, and engaging with followers.
Content Creation: Writing and editing articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other types of content.
Research: Conducting online research for various topics, such as market trends, competitor analysis, and product information.
Project Management: Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Bookkeeping: Managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting issues, setting up software, and providing tech support.
Personal Assistance: Handling personal tasks like booking appointments, sending gifts, and organizing events.
