About Us: We are looking for an experienced Treasurer to join our finance team and play a pivotal role in managing our financial strategy and ensuring the companys financial health.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the companys treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient cash flow management and risk mitigation.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets and assess funding strategies.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit and financing.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Proven experience in treasury management or financial analysis, ideally in (insert industry).
