Project-Based Recruitment Consultant to manage short-term recruitment projects for key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for defined projects with specific deadlines and deliverables.
- Partner with clients to fully understand project requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles within tight timelines.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, and databases to attract the right talent.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience , ideally across multiple industries or disciplines. Finance preferable.
- Ability to manage several roles simultaneously within a project-based environment .
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines and managing changing priorities.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
