Candidate Requirements:
- A Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a Front of House position or a similar role in a 4/5* establishment
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping & Front Office
- Must have good communication skills and be well spoken in English
- Must be computer literate, especially with Microsoft office
- Having working knowledge of Lightspeed and Protel would be advantageous
- Must be customer-focused and have good guest relations skills with good butler/hosting skills
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be a team player and help work towards the team's success
- Must have a keen eye for detail
This is a live-in position, excluding meals
Working schedule is 4 days on (opening to closing) and 3 days off
