Candidate Requirements:

Matric
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality
Must have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in a Front of House / Reservations role
Must have excellent client and interpersonal skills
Must be able to handle difficult situations
Strong administrative skills, experience working with reservations
Strong computer skills with experience using Nightsbridge
Must have experience with managing inventory and stock
Must have experience with managing financial records. Experience using SAGE Accounting beneficial
Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English and Afrikaans
Must have a valid Driver's License and own reliable transport
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must have a good attention to detail

This is a live-in position (shared staff house)
Work on weekends and public holidays, 5 days on and 2 days off (during the week)
One staff meal per day when on duty
