Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Novatec SAs products and services.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
