The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in fire protection, wet services, or HVAC within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Resourcing: Lead the planning, coordination, and resourcing of projects to ensure successful execution.
- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Project Financial Management: Manage project budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure profitability.
- OSHEM and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, and Management regulations.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: NQF 6 in Project Management within the built environment.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in project management within the built environment.
- Experience in fire protection is preferred.
- Experience in wet services or HVAC industries is a strong plus.
- Construction background required (no residential building industry candidates).
