MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Environment:
- Ensure legal compliance to environmental laws.
- Measure impact of companys operations on the environment and improve annually (carbon footprint, emissions, etc.)
Quality:
- Maintain quality system and certification.
- Deploy QFD for key customers.
- Develop and maintain SPC roll-out.
-.Day-to-day management of the GRV and CRM processes (system and physical _management).
- Problem solving to prevent quality defects.
- Issuing reports to customers on findings, trials, action plans as required.
Co-ordinate:
- All internal audits as per audit matrix.
- All external audits legislative and statutory.
- Implement SHEQR related continuous improvement projects.
- 5S - Implement and audit 5S system.
- Compile & present Executive Managers month end checklist.
- Report on Weekly quality performance, SPC
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary education in a related field. (Safety, Quality, Environment)
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing advantageous
- 5 Years SHEQR Management experience in a Manufacturing Environment
