My client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their team in Cape Town. Duties:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Intercompany Transactions
- Audit and Compliance
Education and experience :
- CA(SA)
- At least 3 years of experience in a group accounting role
- Experience with consolidation and intercompany accounting is required
