- Audit and Compliance: Manage the audit process, ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards, and uphold corporate governance principles.
- ERP and Treasury Management: Manage ERP system functionalities and oversee Treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and online banking oversight.
- Cost Management and Standard Costing: Develop and implement cost management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team to ensure high standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience Required: - Educational Background: Certified Chartered Accountant, CIMA Qualification
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP accounting systems, advanced Excel skills.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an accounting role, with specific experience in manufacturing; pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
