This opportunity is tailored for experienced professionals with expertise in FP&A. The preferred candidate will possess skills in financial modelling, working capital validation modelling, and hands-on experience with ERP system implementation.
Duties: - Analyze margins on open orders on a weekly basis
- Analyze low margins, negative margins and high margins per customer and product on a weekly basis, and correct as necessary
- Track factory credits for low margin products
- Ensure discount structures and pricing is authorized per the Delegation of Authority and contract
- Review transfer pricing on products
- Assist the FP&A manager with compiling budget templates for the Sales teams
- Review budget submissions for sales and orders for reasonability
- Input budget sales and orders onto the financial system
- Allocation of sales and order budgets toproduct groups
- Calculation of margins per product group
- Balance sheet and P&L budgeting
- Load budget and forecast data on Onestream
- Assist in setting up rebate structure for distributors
- Ad hoc business support as requested
- Creating systems and processes to streamline reporting and analysis on Power BI
Job Experience & Skills Required: - Completed CA(SA) or CIMA qualification.
- 5 years experience within an FP&A focused role.
- 3 years experience within a multinational company.
- Experience in business systems implementation.
- Experience working on SAP/Iscala or OneStream.
- Manufacturing experience would be beneficial.
