Our client is looking for a financial administrator with 3 years experience to assist the Bookkeeper / Accountant of the company with financial administration.

Min Requirements
Grade 12 qualification
Tertiary Qualification (Preferably in Finance) An added advantage
3 years commercial and/or retail experience as a Fianncial Administrator / Bookkeeper
Experience in financial and management accounting will be advantageous.
Experience in Sage 300 will be advantageous
Resilient and flexible, able to adapt to a changing environment
Advanced level of MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
Financial Administration - processing and financial recordkeeping and filing
Assist to analysis and review of supplier data, rebate schedules, debtor & supplier transactions.
Assist with invoicing (Debtors & Creditors) - Loading payments
Assist with all SARS Statutory submissions and returns
Invoicing of rebates and promotional activities.
Influence others where they are required to improve system and process.
Assist to maintain and update of supplier trade agreements.
Reconciliation of income schedules to financial systems.
Assist with Month-end reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting.
