What you will do:
The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on promoting our financial services and remittances offerings. The primary purpose of this role is to plan and implement marketing initiatives that effectively engage target audiences, drive customer acquisition and enhance brand awareness and loyalty on a global scale.

It involves effective planning, market analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of both the fintech industry and market dynamics. The Campaign Manager must navigate complex challenges such as regulatory compliance, cultural diversity and technological advancements, while driving impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences across different regions and demographics.

What do you need:
- Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5 years’ proven experience in managing campaigns
- Experience in the fintech industry or relevant financial services sector will be an added advantage
- Understanding of the fintech industry, financial services and digital banking, including experience in marketing fintech products
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams, including product development, sales and customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and messaging
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and metrics, with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimise campaigns
