We are seeking a skilled Financial ERP Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of a new cutting edge financial ERP software system. The ERP system is newly designed, cutting edge, strongly customizable, and is particularly suited to the logistics and hospitality industries.
The role is based in Pomona, Gauteng but would have a travel requirement. You will have a strong Finance leaning background and be experienced in systems implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full implementation lifecycle of the ERP system, including mapping, setup, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Data migration and system integration.
- Customization and overseeing of programming.
- Cloud and Database Management.
- Provide comprehensive training to finance and operational teams.
- Process Improvement by analyzing current financial processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s level in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 4 years’ experience in finance with a focus on ERP implementation or financial systems.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
- Experience in SQL; Azure; Python; Angular etc. would be advantageous.
- Skilled in project management; communication; and be analytical in mindset.
Salary
- R900,000 - R1,400,000 CTC per annum (highly dependent on experience and qualifications).
