Provide management oversight for all phases of plumbing and construction projects including coordinating employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities:

- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and inspectors to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety throughout the project.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in project management practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in plumbing and construction.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a project management qualification.
- Must have 5 - 10 years’ experience in building maintenance, roofing, decking, pools, construction.
- At least 5 years of Project Management and Quantity Surveying experience.
- Must have a Drivers License - Code 8.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- SACQSP / SACPCMP registration advantageous.
- Project Management Certification.
- Microsoft Project - Advanced.
- Microsoft Office Advanced.
- Budget Management.
- Experience in other Construction software will be advantageous.
