There is an exciting new opportunity available for a Secretariat Specialist / Manager registered with the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA) at a highly reputable professional services concern.
Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to render timely, effective, and professional services as related to Secretarial and governance support services to the Material Irregularity Committee (MIC) and the Advisory Committee on Material Irregularities (ACMI).
The Secretariat Specialist is responsible to oversee, facilitate and manage the Material Irregularity reporting.
Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
- A completed Degree in Law (LLB) and Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA) professional qualification is essential .
- A minimum of 5 years’ Secretariat experience (post qualification ) and at least 4 years as a Company Secretary.
- Experience in the Public Sector.
