We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team and lead the customer experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong ability to manage teams, and a keen eye for detail. As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant area, bar, and kitchen, while maintaining a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, runners and bartenders.
- Ensure excellent Customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and by maintaining high service standards.
- Train and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal guest experience.
- Monitor and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area, bar, and smoking section.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, always striving to improve the guest experience.
- Maintain inventory and ensure front-of-house supplies are stocked and well-organized.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling and shift management, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Uphold company policies, health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in Pilot POS system is a pre-requisite.
- Basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
