Job Description: Restaurant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and excellent service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Create and manage budgets, as well as track expenses and revenues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant management software.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous (Not essential).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience in staff training and development.
