Torga Optical is an optical retail chain with over 150 stores nationwide. We are seeking a creative graphic designer to join our marketing team at our head office in Cresta JHB. This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

Fully proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Social Media Platforms.
Prior experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website graphics, and content creation.
Professional and experienced designer with skills in graphic design for print media and digital platforms.
Strong experience in brand, content marketing, and campaign management.
Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to develop compelling visual concepts to communicate information effectively.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed and projects are delivered on time.
Oversee image retouching and manipulation.
Ability to take projects from concept to completion independently.
Proficiency in CSS and HTML.
Experience with CANVA.
Multimedia content creation experience - After Effects/Premiere/Video editing for digital platforms.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results.
