Are you passionate about fostering positive learner-host relationships and driving successful placements in workplace environments? We are looking for a dedicated Workplace Host Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with host employers, ensuring successful learner placements and retention.
- Conduct learner profiling and placement to align with host environment culture and program objectives.
- Oversee workplace readiness and safety compliance to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress, offering guidance and support for a seamless workplace experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance learner retention and maximize absorption into permanent roles post-training.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management; certification advantageous.
- 1+ year experience in a learnership environment, 3+ years in workplace placement preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SETA/training legislation.
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Strong administrative skills, ethical conduct, and attention to detail.
