An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Graphic Designer to join the Silvertree Brands team. This full-time role focuses on in-store retail assets as well as e-commerce digital media, requiring a candidate who can creatively design across multiple platforms to engage customers and drive brand growth. Ideally, you will have a background in e-commerce or a similar field, with a strong grasp of online consumer behaviour and retail experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in developing innovative marketing communications for Faithful to Nature, UCOOK & Pet Heaven across multiple channels. This position requires creative execution across digital, packaging, in-store POS, and printed materials. Collaborating with brand marketing and functional expert teams, you'll ensure our creative identity shines through all touchpoints, driving brand awareness and engagement.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage and deliver cross-platform design work, including retail, web assets, emails, social media, paid media, packaging, presentations and POS material.
- Create layouts & final artwork for a diverse range of marketing materials.
- Apply our Brand Guides creatively and with fresh approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and the design team to produce impactful visuals and collateral.
- Responsible for spotting errors before artwork leaves the studio.
- Creative adaptation of existing design concepts for new executions.
- Work closely with the Traffic Manager to manage your diary and output.
- Accurately estimate the time required to complete tasks and work successfully within these times to support the Traffic Manager with workflow.
- Gather information and materials needed from designated individuals to accomplish tasks.
- Remain up-to-date with technical design knowledge, platforms and trends.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualification & Experience
- Background in graphic design with relevant design qualification, and 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- Impressive design portfolio demonstrating a keen sense of layout and typography.
Skills & Competencies
Must Have:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Competency with Google Suite.
- Competency with a project management tool; ClickUp preferable.
- Ability to innovate and design across multiple brands and channels.
- Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, and a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Skill set in videography, animation and/or illustration is advantageous.
- Video skills and experience with Premier Pro and Cap Cut advantageous.
- Ability to retouch imagery is advantageous.
- Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
