Mission:
Support regional HR Manager and HRBP on people and leadership initiatives and administrative duties.
Main Duties Responsibilities:
- Support the Regional HR manager and HR business partner
- Proactively use the data to suggest improvements and alignment with business needs
- Help to prepare and execute site visits including supporting the delivery of management trainings on site
- Provide information to internal leaders on employment related issues, including hiring, organizational changes, promotions and exits
- Secure implementation of compensation and benefits related changes, including Variable Compensation and commissions
- Preparing and following up of employee engagement plans and activities
- Provide assistance with talent and performance management in operations
- Help to ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulations
- Proactively work with continuous improvement
- Be a role-model for the digital way of working
- Adopt an agile mindset in all activities
Skills, Competence and Experience:
- Fluency in English is a key requirement.
- 2-4 years’ work experience, including HR and/or administration
- Experience in at least 2 of the following HR functions: hiring, compensation and benefits, HR administration, talent development and learning.
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Knowledge of MS Office
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration or Behavioral Science
