MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To co-ordinate the porter functions in the hospital
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Supervise and coordinate staff members
- Coordinate patient transfers and escorts
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: 3 years experience in a Security or Porter role
Desired: 5 years experience in a Security or Porter role
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of Medico-legal risks
- Mediclinic policies and procedures
- Health and Safety Act and regulations
