- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years retail management experience, essential.
- Strong personality to motivate and inspire their teams.
- Ability to train and develop their staff daily.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Sales driven daily/weekly/monthly.
- Customer service orientated.
Key Functions:
- Manage stock and store assets effectively.
- Handle daily responsibilities that come with managing a store.
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service is carried out.
- Oversee the layout of the store.
- Responsible for store administration.
- Deal with customer queries.
- Maintain store standards.
