Siemens Digital Industries Software - Transform the everyday.
Let's make the difference together!
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
We offer a role with responsibility, independence and the possibility to contribute proactively. We foster a teamwork culture with room for individual development.
About the role
The key objective of the PFD is to take ownership of the simulation business, applying an entrepreneurial approach to prioritize pipeline generation to make it grow.
Engineering companies increasingly need to predict real-world performance of their products using simulation tools that gather all the physics that influence product efficiency and performance including those that cross the boundaries of traditional engineering fields. To improve your product, you need to be able to predict how performance changes in response to multiple parametric design changes.
Specifically, Simcenter has a leading set of multi-physics solutions for simulation allowing simulation of functional behaviour of products operating in real-world conditions. These tools help companies to innovate by driving automation, design exploration and optimization. The Simcenter portfolio enables combined 1D/3D simulation, Model Based Systems Engineering and testing and is also a key enabler for front-loading of controls validation and development of executable digital twins.
As a Simulation PFD:
