Nurses - Qatar
International SOS is currently building its pool of nurses who would be interested in working on or offshore in Qatar.
Prior to applying for these positions, please note that the Business Visa/Work Permit process requires all applicants to complete the following prior to being granted such visa/permit:
- Be in possession of original certificates of Primary and any post-graduate qualifications.
- Transcripts of Records and Letter of attendance to be provided.
- Registered & licensed to practice as a nurse in home country and any other country that you have worked in during the past 3 years.
- Certificate of Good Standing - To be issued by the licensing and registration body of home country registration and other licensing authority in any country worked in the recent 3 years of employment.
- Experience letters from current, recent, and past employers for the past/previous 3 years will be required.
- To take a Prometric Licensure Exam (which is to be organized by you and paid for by you. Reimbursement of the exam will only apply once you are approved and contracted with International SOS).
- To obtain a Police Clearance.
- All staff must have an International SOS Physical Fitness Exam conducted prior to mobilization.
(During the recruitment pooling process, guidance will be given in obtaining all of the above)
Over and above this, ideally, but not mandatory, the candidate should be in possession of the following certifications:
- BLS & ACLS (AHA Accredited)
- ITLS / ATLS
- BOSIET / FOET (Opito approved)
- H2S (Opito approved)
Should you already be employed in Qatar and hold a NOC letter, then this would also benefit immensely.
