Description
Our client in the textile industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Payroll Administrator.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Accsys (HR and Payroll Software).
- Excellent Excel Skills and Knowledge.
- Experience with bargaining councils advantageous.
- Experience with Benefit Funds, UIF, SARS, Stats, garnishees, loans, savings, bonus provisions etc.
- Proven track record of work experience.
- Methodical and organised.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Administer two weekly payrolls (70 and 84 heads) and a monthly payroll (55 heads).
- Administer Month end recons.
- Manage Manual Employment Equity records.
- Manage related transactions and calculations with benefit Funds, UIF, SARS, Stats, garnishees, loans, savings, bonus provisions.
- Track weekly anniversary dates to increase long service amounts.
