The purpose of this role is to manage the Branch to achieve business objectives in accordance with the Region and Retail Operations Strategy.

A Bonus To Have:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Diploma/ Degree / NQF4 Learnership.
- 1-2 Years’ experience.
- 6 months within the Gaming or Betting Industry.
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Branch Growth:
- Ensure achievement of targets within your areas in accordance with branch budget.
- Drive business results by creating an open dialog with your guests to educate them on all your branch products.
- Ensure betting boards are updated timeously.
- Be knowledgeable on all game rules, odds, and payouts.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable of confirmation limits.
- Taking customer bets where required.
Cash Administration:
- Manage cash within the branch according to defined processes/procedures and minimize risks.
- Educate team members on all FICA Compliance.
- Ensure daily banking schedules are submitted to the Branch Manager/Senior Team Leader.
- Ensure adherence to credit card administration & EFT policies.
- Ensure team members are issued with correct floats at the end of their shift.
- Reconcile by end of shift to the balance reflected on the report.
Branch Reporting:
- Ensure daily newsflashes provide a high-level overview of the operations for the day.
- Manage branch stock control to ensure that there is sufficient supply.
- Send an email notifying the Branch Manager/Senior Team Leader of stock shortages.
Security Management:
- Ensure all security factors are adhered to when banking is conducted.
- Manage all security aspects in the branch.
- Conduct the cashing up process with security monitoring the area.
Branch Appearance:
- Ensure that the branch is always neat and tidy according to Hollywood standard.
- Comply with all procedures to prevent losses to the organisation.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company, legislative and legal requirements.
- Ensure a manager with a license is always on duty during operating hours.
- Ensure all team members are dressed in their correct Hollywood uniform when on duty.
Communication:
- Ensure all operational communication within the branch is circulated to all team members.
- Provide timely feedback to support office when information is requested.
People Management:
- Manage team member rosters/schedules.
- Ensure staff attendance and behavior is managed with guidance from management.
Guest Service:
- Provide good guest service by being friendly, helpful, and courteous at all times.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests.
- Create a guest-centric culture within the branch.
