Award winning 5* Hotel in the Sandton area is looking for a Front Office Manager with strong Guest Relations & pre-opening experience to review and implement new SOP's. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating front office activities.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification
- At least 5 years experience in a 5* Hotel
- Opera / Protel experience
- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software
- Must be SA citizen
