We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team at Mambo’s Castle Gate, Erasmus Park Pretoria. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of shop assistants and store staff
- Drive sales growth through effective promotion, training, and coaching of shop assistants
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of store appearance, visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with internal and external operations, including inventory management, front-end and back-end processes
- Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
