Manage daily spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
Develop and implement spa treatment menus and service protocols.
Conduct spa treatments and ensure exceptional guest service.
Support the Spa Manager in inventory management, budget adherence, and operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate spa services into the overall guest experience.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to spa operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist with the development of new treatments and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager with a background in Yoga or Pilates.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a spa management or senior spa therapist role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality spa treatments and exceptional guest service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and well-presented.
Onsite location: 6 days on, 2 days off.
Accommodation and uniform provided.
