Job Description :
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our automotive brand. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Set marketing goals and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity and messaging.
- Manage brand reputation and crisis communication.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize website and mobile app performance.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Traditional Marketing:
- Manage traditional marketing channels, such as print advertising, TV commercials, and radio advertising.
- Coordinate with media agencies to plan and execute media campaigns.
Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, test drives, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with event organizers and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop sales enablement tools and materials to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify marketing opportunities and address their needs.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
