Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a support role. This role will primarily focus on the management and coordination of our product range while also providing support in the Orders department as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the product database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information on the website.
- Collaborate with suppliers to gather product details, images and specifications.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates to avoid discrepancies between stock availability and website listings.
- Assist in pricing updates and promotional activities.
- Ensure product content meets the company's SEO and marketing guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, providing detailed and accurate responses.
- Analyse product performance and suggest improvements to the range and pricing.
- Provide backup support in the Orders department during peak times or absences, including processing customer orders accurately from receipt to dispatch.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track order fulfillment.
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues with suppliers, customers, or Couriers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or retail environments, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide support across departments when needed.
