Job Purpose
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Scooter Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering documents, packages, and other items promptly and safely while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a scooter to deliver items to designated locations in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Ensure the safety and security of all items during transport.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery status and potential issues.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
Perform routine maintenance checks on the scooter to ensure it is in good working condition.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Valid driver’s license and scooter registration (if applicable).
Familiarity with the local area and its routes.
Must possess a smartphone for navigation and communication.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable riding a scooter in various weather conditions.

A or A1 driver’s license (Required)
