Candidates must have a proven track record in the Franchise Restaurant Industry and the following are the minimum requirements for the job:
- 3 years of restaurant management experience;
- Good understanding of food preparation and presentation;
- Excellent customer service and interaction;
- Health, safety and hygiene standards;
- Stock control, stock takes and management of cost of food;
- A working knowledge of the BCEA, staff disciplinary rules and grievances.
