Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment inclusive of BGC’s
Achieving business targets within the given SLA
Create/Develop sourcing strategies to increase talent pool
Talent Attraction in line with client requirement within the given SLA
Create and build pipeline for future intakes
Compliance adherence in line with business and client requirement
Creating and compiling reports/presentations
Adhering to recruiting budgets and decreasing recruitment cost
Gathering information and analyzing data to make effective decisions
Creating opportunities to broaden talent pool
Motivating team to achieve business and individual targets
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets and objectives
Conducting interviews
Identify development areas
Create, drive and implement process improvement
Managing the referral scheme and RISE payroll
Being up to date with the latest recruitment trends
Conducting research/gathering information to make decisive decisions
Assign and manage tasks given to recruiter
Measure Quality and quantity
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
The performance parameters include the following:
- Development and management of New and Existing vendors
- Cost effectiveness of hiring through that channel
- Quality parameters
- The number of defects made against the Offers rolled out.
- Offer to Joining Ratio
