Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll, including regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and filings.
- Manage year-end processes, including issuing W-2s and other tax forms.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and software.
- Provide reports and analysis on payroll data to management.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Payroll certification (e.g., CPP, FPC) is preferred.
