- Firewall support
- Networking administration
- MS Server administration
- MS Endpoint deployment and management
- Web hosting administration
- Desktop support
- Hardware and telephony support
- Virtualisation administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Postgraduate degree or diploma beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years Desktop and server administration
- Minimum of 3 years network administration
- Experience with Networking problem determination, capacity planning and root cause analysis.
- Working experience with virtualisation administration and support
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange and Office365
- Experience with On-premise Firewall products
- Experience with Switches and Routers.
- Understanding of SAN storage
- Extensive DNS knowledge
