Location: South Africa

Requirements:

Fluency in German: Native or advanced fluency in German is mandatory.
Location: Must be located in South Africa.
Ability to guide new hires through the onboarding process.
Ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
Experience in coordinating and managing the collection of necessary documents from new employees.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations during the document collection process.
Ability to provide effective communication training to new team members.
Ensuring that new employees are well-equipped to perform their roles through targeted training.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Assist new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Document Collection: Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary documents from new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Communication Training: Provide essential communication training to new team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
