Design excellence : Create compelling, high-quality visuals for marketing and communication materials, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Concept development : Interpret briefs and develop creative concepts that align with our marketing objectives, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
Photography and Videography : Brief in and edit product and mood photography, collaborating with the Digital and Communication team to complete design projects.
Project Management : Manage the design schedule, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all design jobs.
Continuous improvement : Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, regularly presenting insights and solutions to enhance our creative output.
- A 3-year degree or diploma in marketing or graphic design.
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience in an agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with content management systems like DotDigital, WordPress, and Shopify. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and additional coding languages is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Experience in designing social media posts, videos, reels, blogs, and paid adverts advantageous.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
