Hire Resolve's client is actively seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team in Durban, KZN. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and implementing effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and document them effectively.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Support change management initiatives and training programs for end-users.
Requirements - Bachelors in Computer Science, IEB advantageous
- 8-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
