Our client is looking for a Digital Lead and Google AdWords Specialist to form part of their forward-thinking and visionary marketing department. You will be situated in a bright, arty, and busy environment.
You will play a pivotal role in driving their digital advertising campaigns to success. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimizing Google AdWords strategies, ensuring that we achieve our marketing goals efficiently and effectively, as well as coordinating between digital lead suppliers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose of the role:
- Google AdWords Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a strong ROI.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, optimizing ad spend to maximize results and meet business requirements.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases for campaigns.
- Ad Content Creation: Write and optimize ad copy to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
Job Responsibilities:
- A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine ad campaigns, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors' digital advertising strategies.
- Lead Supplier Coordination: Liaise, engage, refine, assist, manage, and report on various lead suppliers ensuring they are staying within budget for Google AdWords and are delivering the desired results.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful Google AdWords campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, including certification, and a strong understanding of PPC advertising best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and keyword research tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
