Commercial Short-Term Insurance Administrator
We're seeking a skilled Commercial Short-Term Insurance Administrator with a background in commercial underwriting to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our commercial insurance portfolio while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling general inquiries proficiently.
- Demonstrating effective communication abilities.
- Thriving in high-pressure work environments.
- Providing insightful advice when needed.
- Promptly implementing policy amendments as per client requests within SLA guidelines and ensuring regular confirmation.
- Managing renewals efficiently.
- Keeping clients updated on any changes and necessary actions.
- Reviewing monthly commission statements and conducting comparisons.
- Ensuring compliance with FICA and FAIS regulations through timely receipt and capture of necessary documents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric.
- Fully qualified (RE5, COB and full qualification).
- Experience in commercial short-term insurance administration at least 2 years.
- Must be computer literate on a basic to intermediary level on Microsoft software.
- Must speak, write and read in Afrikaans language! Non-negotiable.
