Purpose of the job:
Responsible for representing the client’s brand and maintaining positive relationships with clients, community, influencers, and like-minded organizations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role.
- Proficiency in FreshDesk or similar customer service management software.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Competencies and responsibilities:
- Manage the customer careline, ensuring timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Oversee community management efforts, engaging with our community members across various platforms and fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Handle influencer management, including identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values.
- Execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate with like-minded organizations on mutually beneficial initiatives and partnerships.

- Excellent emotional intelligence, with a diplomatic and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of coordinating with multiple departments and managing competing priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
