Dispensing Warehouse Manager
We are recruiting for a Dispensing Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a pharmaceutical/FMCG background, experience in running a dispensing warehouse, batch control, inventory management, and knowledge of SAP scanning solutions. Additionally, experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry and familiarity with ISO systems would be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing of chemicals to FMCG factories
- Warehouse Management and Inventory Management (Stock Control)
- Implementing and ensuring the success of a Chemical Batch scanning system on SAP
- Managing receiving, put-away, picking, and supplying chemicals to factories
- Managing inventory, accuracy, batch control, and stock condition
- Maintaining ISO certifications and cGMP standards
- Enforcing good warehouse practices, including training and SOP adherence
- Managing team members – motivating, training, mentoring and discipline
- Managing equipment and vehicles
- Control of expenses within budget
- Ensuring adherence to HSE & cGMP protocols

Qualification:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Supply Chain Management
- Quality Management
Experience:
- Dispensing of chemicals
- Pharmaceutical experience and best practice

- Understanding of Supply chain processes
- 5+ years of management experience
