Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing IFAnet branches.
- Leading a distribution team by mentoring and guiding them.
- Fostering relationships and devising a distribution strategy in line with IFAnet's operational approach.
- Managing production reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conducting presentations for brokers and partners.
- Establishing partnerships to bolster sales.

Position Requirements
- Relevant Degree or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management and business development role.
- Experience in financial services.
- Extensive knowledge in financial services products.
- Own transport and valid driver’s license.
- Successful track record in the “Broker Services” sector of the Life Insurance Industry.
- This position requires traveling.
Package & Remuneration
Fixed salary with an attractive commission structure.
