Job Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on test leadership to the test team and respective business units.
- Assist the Test Manager in overseeing Testing activities according to the test plan and test strategy.
- Oversee the defect logging process alongside the QA team and respective business units.
- Provide reporting of test progress, results, and key metrics to stakeholders at agreed intervals.
- Assist respective business units in test coordination with external parties.
- Ensure that all test requests are planned and completed in line with agreed project priorities and timelines established during the planning cycle.
- Identify and rectify any causes of delays or failure to successfully complete testing requirements.
- Keep stakeholders updated about constraints that cannot be rectified independently within a reasonable period.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- A self-starter with an outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels, as the duties will include supervising the test process on behalf and providing updates to the relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in testing in an Agile development environment.
- Test Process Management.
- Metrics, Reporting, and Analysis.
