Introduction
Client based in the South of Johannesburg who is a bulk distributor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Planning of customer orders/deliveries.
- Monitoring satellite tracking activities.
- Vehicle utilization.
- Managing service level with customers.
- Scheduling and route planning.
- Allocate relevant vehicles and drivers to specific orders.
- Issue drivers with orders and specific on-route instructions.
- Coordinated dispatching drivers to accomplish daily delivery requirements.
- Reviewed order data to verify transactions and shipping dates.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 3-5 years experience in logistics.
- Matric.
- Relevant tertiary education would be advantageous.
- Must live close to Alberton (South of Johannesburg).
Package & Remuneration
R20k-R25k CTC pm.
