PRODUCTION MANAGER

As Production Manager , reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director, you will be responsible of the following activities:
Management and supervision of the whole production process, in light of production schedule, throughout its execution, ensuring cost effectiveness Management and supervision of the production workforce (direct and indirect), the skill matrix and the training needs required and planned (in liaison with HR). Organization of the production resources and definition of resource requirement Monitoring of the production processes and schedule adjustment as needed Monitoring of standards and quality-control programs implementation Realization of plant targets in terms of safety, quality, service level and efficiency, in liaison with other plant departments (i.e., HSE, quality, logistics, industrial engineering, maintenance, human resources, controlling) Autonomous Management (AM) pillar leadership or Workplace Organization (WO) pillar leadership within the World Class Manufacturing plant organization Organization of repair and routine maintenance/cleaning of production equipment performed by production workforce (direct and indirect) Leadership, supervision and motivation of production workforce
As our ideal candidate , your skillset includes:
Engineering degree and an experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in manufacturing companies Distinctiveness in people management, team working and coaching/motivation Production Management toolkit like daily production meetings, production reporting, problem solving, skill matrix management, 5S, autonomous maintenance, etc. Good knowledge and experience of Safety and Environment concepts applied to production processes Basics of cost and performance accounting Basics of World Class Manufacturing (or other continuous improvement approaches) Basic knowledge of core production processes like metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, assembly and automation Basic knowledge of Time & Method studies methodologies Robustness in analytics and problem solving, planning, time and deadlines management, stress management and fast decision-making, communication and strong entrepreneurial mindset
