Job Description
Duties can include but are not limited to;
Responsibility for sales in the defined territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers. Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix). Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards clients. Support of dealers in business to business (B2B) portal. Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing. Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers. Liaise with marketing personnel for product activation when required. Information gathering about competitors & market trends.
Qualifications
Requirements;
Min 5 years+ Sales Experience or Key Account Management in the hardware industry. Experience in Power Tools would be an advantage. Fully computer literate on MS Office. Intermediate skills on Excel, must have the ability to create formulas for information analytics. Native Speaker. Ability to travel as the role requires
extensive traveling. Personal Characteristics;
Entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to self-manage. High sense of integrity and honesty. Good relationship building skills. Strong internal and external collaboration skills. Professional negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills.
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate/Matric is essential.
National Diploma in general Business Administration / Management or related field.
